10:30 AM – Welcome to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary

Upon arrival at the Chiang Mai Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, you’ll be greeted by your friendly local guide. After a short walk through lush jungle trails, you’ll reach the elephants’ home. Here, you’ll change into a traditional Karen shirt and begin learning about elephant behavior, anatomy, and their cultural significance in Thai history.
 

11:00 AM – Meet and Interact with the Elephants

Step into the natural habitat of the elephants and meet them up close. You’ll have the chance to feed, pet, and play with the elephants, each with their own unique personality and story. This is a perfect opportunity for taking memorable photos while deepening your understanding of these magnificent creatures.
 

12:00 PM – Traditional Thai Lunch

Enjoy a delicious Thai lunch served with fresh seasonal fruit. Sit back, relax, and recharge while taking in the serene surroundings of the Chiang Mai Elephant Sanctuary.
 
 

13:00 PM – Make Herbal Medicine and Care for the Elephants

After lunch, you’ll learn how to prepare herbal medicine balls, which are part of the elephants’ natural wellness routine. Feed the medicine to the elephants, then accompany them on a peaceful walk to a nearby river. Here, you’ll help bathe and brush them in the refreshing water—a fun and interactive experience.
 

14:00 PM – Mud Spa and River Time

Join the elephants in a rejuvenating mud spa session, which helps protect their skin from insects and the sun. Afterward, enjoy swimming in the river and capturing more wonderful moments with the elephants in a playful, relaxing setting.
 

15:00 PM – Farewell to the Elephants

After your time in the river, change into dry clothes and say your heartfelt goodbyes to the elephants. Your guide will ensure you have everything you need before departure.
 
 

15:30 PM – Depart from the Sanctuary

Leave the Chiang Mai Elephant Sanctuary with unforgettable memories, new insights, and lots of amazing photos. Your guide will escort you back to your hotel in comfort.
